ABSTRACT We present version 1.0 of the cosmological simulation code $\rm{{\small CO}{{\small N}}{\small CEPT}}$, designed for simulations large-scale structure formation. CO}{\rm{\small CEPT}}$ contains a P3M gravity solver, with short-range part implemented using novel (sub)tiling strategy, coupled individual and adaptive particle time-stepping. A primary objective is ease use. To this end, it has built-in initial condition generation can produce output in form snapshots, power spectra, direct visualizations. first massively parallel written Python. Despite this, excellent performance obtained, even comparing favourably to other codes such as gadget at similar precision, case low moderate clustering. By means power-spectrum comparisons we find extraordinary good agreement between gadget. At large intermediate scales agree well below per mille level, while smallest probed ($k \sim 13\ h\, {\rm Mpc}^{-1}$) order 1 cent. The openly released comes robust installation script thorough documentation.
